To Any Lawful Officer, to execute and return within thirty days, (Sunday's excepted.) You are hereby commanded to take the body of William HERRIN if to be found in your county, and have him before me, or some other Justice of the Peace in and for said county, to answer William LEWIS in a plea of debt of twenty dollars & 41/100 due note with interest.
