Levied on JOHN McKAY JR.'S interest in the negroes belonging to the estate of FERABY WILLIAMS, deceased, and summoning ALEXANDER WILLIAMS and JOEL WILLIAMS as Garnishees In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the Defendent JOHN McKAY JR. resides beyond the limit of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Journal, printed in Fayetteville notifying JOHN McKAY JR. to be and appear at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Cumberland at the Court House at Fayetteville on the first Monday in June next.
