State vs William Powell

William Powell was indicted for Horse stealing. Sentenced to be hanged
by the "neck 'til you are dead, dead, dead."  Sheriff of Cumberland to
carry the above sentence into execution on Friday, 21st instant between
the hours of 12 & 4 O'clock.
