FEREBA WILLIAMS Summoned JOHN McNEILL, ESQ., as Garnishee Original Attachment In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that MRS. FERABA WILLIAMS is not a resident of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made in the North Carolina Journal, published at Fayettevile, notifying said defendent, non-resident, to be and appear at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for Cumberland County at the Court House in Fayetteville, on the 1st Monday in September next. Then and there to replevy to this issue or judgment will be rendered against her for the amount of Plaintiff's demand and the properties and monies in the hands of the garnishee condemned for the benefit thereof.
