The dwelling House is two stories high and contains six rooms completely finished. Also, the Store House and Lott, situated on Bow street, well known to be an excellent stand for business, and now occupied by DUNCAN McAUSLAN. The above house and lotts belong to the estate of the late JAMES SPILLER, deceased. Twelve months credit will be given, the purchasers giving bond and approved security. HARDY HOLMES DAVID DODD M.
