                        EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
   Letters of Administration on the estate of MISS JANE SUTHERLAND, late of 
Fayetteville, were granted to the Subscriber at June Term, 1830 of Cumberland 
Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions: -- all persons having any demands against 
the estate, are required to present them properly authenticated within the 
time limited by law, or they will be barred of a recovery.
