No. 7. These are to Certify that Andrew Ingram came before me and took the 
Oath of allegiance and acknowledged himself duly inlisted in the Company of 
Cumberland County, Commanded by Capt. Fergd. Campbell, and that he has 
Received forty shillings procl. in full, which is the bounty allowed on that 
Service, this 26th April, 1771.
