The Standard of Raleigh, Feb. 15, 1860 
$150 REWARD
RANAWAY IN AUGUST LAST, A NEGRO BOY
named BILL. said boy was raised in Fayetteville by MRS. ELLEN MCINTYRE and is 
22 years old, stout build, five-feet six inches high, weights about 150 
pounds, a dark mulatto, front teeth very defective; looks off when spoken to. 
I will pay Fifty Dollars for his delivery to me or confinement so that I get 
him , and One Hundred Dollars, for proff to convice any responsible person of 
harboring him. He may be lurking about Raleigh or Fayetteville and have free 
papers.
