 -- We are requested to say, that the death of MR. CLEMENT TRACY will not 
interrupt the buisness of the LaFayette Hotel, but that it will remain open, 
as usual, for the accommodation of the public under the direction and 
management of his brother, MR. WILLIAM TRACY.
