Sept. 20, 1856   North Carolina Argus
   DIED, at the Mess House of the Panama Railroad Co., Panama, August 24th, of 
disease of the liver, DAVID O'Chiltren (late USN), aged 25 years, a native of 
Fayetteville, N. C. At the time of his death, Mr. O. was first officer of the 
Panama Railroad Company's steamer, Columbia.

Note: The name is spelled Ochiltren in the newspaper. Please inform us if the
