WILLIAMS' interest in the negroes of FERABY WILLIAMS, deceased and summoned JOEL WILLIAMS and ALEXANDER WILLIAMS, as Garnishees In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that HARRY S. WILLIAMS resides beyond the limits of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in one of the public papers printed at Fayettevile notifying the said Defendent, HARRY S. WILLIAMS, to be and appear at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for said County at the Court House in Fayetteville on the first Monday in June next.
