To my beloved wife Elizabeth Peacock my Negro woman Rachael, my two horses, my 
riding chairs, one half of my feather beds and bedding, one half household 
furniture, one half of all household items to be divided as soon as possible 
by my executors and her part to be thereupon delivered to her.

Lend to my wife during her life my dwelling house, kitchen and our houses on 
my lot in Fayetteville.

To my two sons Abraham Peaccock and William Peacock my two Negro men Dublin 
and Bob, my two Negro girls Dolly and Moll equally divided between them when 
Abraham shall arrive at twenty one years of age with profits until my said son 
Abraham arrives at twenty one years of age, equally divided between them.

To sons Abraham and William a tract of land of one hundred fifty acres lying 
in the county I lately bought from William Armstrong. Also my lot and 
buildings there on in Fayetteville, reserving same to wife during her natural 
life.

To sons one half of all household items and same remain in care of their 
mother until my son Abraham arrives at twenty one years of age.

To wife all my stock of cattle.

To sons every other article or interest of my estate after just debts settled.

Appoint trusty friends Jesse Potts and John Dickson executors.

Witnesses: John Wilson, D. Smith, Edward King

Codicil
That is to say I give and bequeath to my son William Howard my surveyors
compass and chain, also the whole of my surveying instruments.
