To Ruth Howell one cow and calf. To John Russell son of William Russell Junr., two acres where I now live and adjoining the land given to Ruth Howell. To Susanah Russell daughter of Mark Russell two acres being the balance ajoining the land given to John Russell where I now live. To William Russell Junr. children ten acres adjoining the public road there being now five of his children living. To niece Mary Deckmier(?) ten acres adjoining land give to the children of William Russell Junr. To niece Sarah Howell ten acres above given to them. To each of Jesse Deckmier children ten acres lying towards Council hall. To brother Mark Russell my half of the grist mill on Blounts Creek and the land adjoining said mill. Desire the small piece of land whereon Disey Hammons now lives, that she may occupy land her life time and after her decease, land go to niece Ruth Howell. Desire all my Tennets both white and Colour'd people may continue on my land where they now are as long as they pay rent for the same. To my neice Ruth Howell stocks and cattle in Robeson County except Mrs. Lancasters part of cattle she is to have. To niece Ruth Howell my household furniture except the bed which I desire may be given to my Black Boy Sandy. Desire my bed now at Mrs. Lancasters be given to my Black Woman Tener. Remainder of land not given towards Council hall - likewise all my lots in lower Fayetteville I wish to be sold for cash and after funeral costs are paid, the balance be given to a assist all my Black people to travel to a free state and there for them to remain a free.
