Proven July Term, 1800.

In the Name of God Amen, I Caull [call] to mind that all men has once to 
die.  
I give and bequeath to my lovin wife Mary to 2 negr[o]s named patt & ben and 
allso all my hous hold furniture 4 Cows & Calves and one beef and hogs for 
her meat one year & 3 Sows & pigs & one mare cald Chelam [?] that I commonly 
rode and all my tools and all my Sheep – 
To my oldest daughter Mary Ann Smith (?) I give and beque[ath] one bed & 
furniture 
And allso to my daughter Lew Crecy Smith 461 1/4 I give & Bequ[ea]th to the 
and this is the land that I won[?] on And [crossed through] to and one Cow 
and allso my Son Wm Maner Wilder I give and bequ[ea]th him 170 acors [acres] 
of land and one mair [mare] and one Cowe yearling 
And to my Daughter Lidia I give & bequ[ea]th Negro Named Lucy and one heifer 
yearling.
