ELIZABETH BALLANCE, per. Guar.
        vs.
MOSES BALLANCE

Petition to Account

In this case, it appearing that the defendant, MOSES BALLANCE is a resident of 
the State of Virginia and on motion of the complainant by Counsel, that public 
notice for six weeks in the Edenton Gazette notifying the Defendant MOSES 
BALLANCE  that unless he appear at the term of said Court to be held for the 
County of Currituck on the last Monday in November next and answer the 
petition on oath that judgment will taken pro confesso and the cause set for 
hearing at the next November Term ex parte.
