CALEB BALLANCE

    vs.

GEORGE WASHINGTON

Original Attachment -- Sheriff having returned Levied on one Seine

It being manifest to the Court that the Defendant, GEORGE WASHINGTON, is not 
an inhabitant of this State: It is ordered that public notice be given GEORGE 
WASHINGTON by advertisement in the Edenton Gazette for two months 
successively, that unless he appear at the August Term of said Court to be 
held in the County of Currituck on the last Monday in August next, and plead 
to this action, final judgment will be entered up against him.
