It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the Defendant in this case 
resides beyond the limits of this State. It is therefore ordered by the court 
that publication be made for three successive weeks in the Edenton Gazette 
that unless the Defendant appear before the said Court at the next term in 
February next and to plead, or replevy, final judgment will be rendered 
against him.
