ANGELICA ETHERIDGE
       vs.
JOHN ETHERIDGE

Petition for Divorce and Alimony

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that JOHN 
ETHERIDGE, the Defendant, cannot be found in this State: It is ordered that 
publication be made for three months in the Edenton Gazette and Raleigh 
Register that unless he appear at the next Term of said Court to be held at 
the Court House in Currituck on the sixth Monday after the fourth Monday in 
September next, and enter his plea, if any he has, a decree and judgment will 
be entered up against him, according to the prayer of the petitioner.
