STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA   COURT OF PLEAS & QUARTER SESSIONS    CURRITUCK COUNTY
November Term, 1818

JEREMIAH LAND
    vs.
JOHN D. DELACY

Original Attachment - Levied on a Horse called "Highflyer," the property of 
the Defendant, on November 30th, 1818

It being manifest to the Court that the said JOHN D. DELACY is not an 
inhabitant of this State. It is ordered that public notice be given to the 
said JOHN D. DELACY by advertisement in the Edenton Gazette for three weeks 
successively, that unless he appear at the February Term of said Court next, 
to be held for the County of Currituck on the last Monday in February and 
plead to this action, final judgment will be entered up against him.
