STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA      COURT OF CURRITUCK COUNTY
November Term, 1818

BANISTER MIDGETT
     vs.
WILLIS TILLETT

Orginal Attachment, returnable before the County Court of Pleas and Quarter 
Sessions and the Sheriff having returned that he had levied on the Defendant's 
land on the North Banks near Nag's Head on the 20th day of August, 1818.

It being manifest to the said Court that the defendant, WILLIS TILLETT, is not 
an inhabitant of this State: it is ordered that public notice to the said 
WILLIS TILLETT, by advertisement in the Edenton Gazette for two months, that 
unless he appears at the February Term of said Court to be held for the County 
of Currituck on the last Monday in February next and plead to this action, 
judgment final will be entered up against him.
