It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the Defendants in this case 
resides beyond the limits of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for the space of three weeks successive in the 
Edenton Gazette that unless the Defendant appear before the said Court at the 
next term in February next and plead or replevy, final judgment will be 
rendered against him.
