    vs.
JOHN GRIFFEN

Original Attachment: The Sheriff having returned thereon

It is ordered notice be given for three successive weeks in the Edenton 
Gazette to the defendant, JOHN GRIFFIN, that unless he appears at the next 
term of this Court on the last Monday in February next, replevies his estate 
and pleads to the said action, final judgment thereon will be entered against 
him.
