HOLLOWELL THOMSON
     vs.
BENJAMIN HALSTEAD

Attachment Levied

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, BENJAMIN 
HALSTEAD, resides without the limits of this State, ordered therefore, that 
publication be made for three successive weeks in the Edenton Gazette that 
unless the said defendant appear before the said Court at the term in August 
next and plead or replevy, final judgment will be rendered against him.
