WILLOUGHBY WHITE
     vs.
THOMAS SIMMONS

Attachment Levied

It appearing to the Court that the defendant in this case resides without the 
limits of this State. It is therefore ordered that publication be made in the 
Edenton Gazette for the space of three weeks that unless the defendant, THOMAS 
SIMMONS, appears before the said Court at the next Term in May next and plead 
or replevy, final judgment will be entered against him.
