Currituck County {To all people whom these presents may

come Greeting,Know ye that I Sary TOLER of the County and State aforesaid
for and in consideration of the love and affection which I do bear towards
my son James TOLER of the same County and State aforesaid as well as for
Diverse Good Causes and Valuable Consideration me hereunto moving, Have
this day Given,Granted,Alunio??,Enfcoffed???, Conveyed,and Confirmed and do
by these presents Absolutely Give,Grant,Aline,Enfeof,Convey,and Confirm
unto my son James TOLER and his heirs and Assigns all my land on the North
Banks in the County aforesaid which I hold by Virtue of the will of my
husband Matthias TOLER deceased Excepting Fifty Acres which I (illegible
word) to myself during of my life for a privilege to be laid off adjoining
of Andrew Wi??? Land and after my dec, I Give,Grant,Convey, and Confirm
unto my son the said Fifty Acres and all other tracts or parts of Tracts of
Land which my Husband owned at his death and Give the same to me in his
last will and Testament which is si!
tuated on the North Banks. I give the same to my son James TOLER and his
heirs and Afoigns (???)forever in Testamony whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this 2 day of August 1810
