Imprimis I ordain my Just Debts be paid & funeral expenses to be paid. I give & bequeath to my Daughter Sukey Brunt the Tract of Land I Purchasd of James Brunt to her & her heirs begotten in Lawfull wedlock. But in case the said Sukey should Die without such heirs I give the said land after her Death to my son Thomas Brint & his heirs for ever. I give to my Daughter Sukey one Bed and furniture one small spinning Wheel 1 Table 1 Beaufeth and Two Cows and Two Cow Calves. I give to my Son Thomas One Bed and furniture with low Bedstead also One Bay Horse & Two Cows & Calves & One Hand Mill. It is my desire that all of them should be sold for the Benefit of my said son. I give to my said Son the Nursery of apple Trees I had planted on the land belgoning to Richard Brint. All the rest of my property within & without doors I order & the amount after deducting necessary charges to be divided between my son Thomas Brunt and my daughter Nancy Slaughter. Lastly I hereby appoint my brother Joel Kinyon Executor of this my Last Will and Testament hereby Dealaring & Publishing it so to be In witness Where of have here unto set my hand and seal this 26th Day of November in the Year of our Lord 1800.
