I Thomas Oliver of hatteras being very sick and weke of body but of perfect Mind and Memory knowing it is appointed once for all Men to duy I Make This My last Will and testament first of all I Give and Commit My Soule into the hand of God that gave it and My body to the Earth and to be desently burried at the discreton of My Executors or Exetrisses and as for What Worly Good it hath bin plesed god to indew Me With all I dispose of in Manner and forme as followet after My Depts and funeral Charges are paid viz. I Give and be queath to my wife Phebey Oliver one good bead and furnitore also twenty Weight of pewtor and one Eaqual halfe of My negroman Winsor. Item I Give and be Queath to My Well beloved Son Joseph Oliver the Other halfe of My Neagrow Man Winsor also I give to my Son Joseph this plantation that I now Live one Called Oyster Shell banks with one good bead and furnitor. Item I give and b Queath to My Well beloved Son Thomas Oliver one plantation Called the peachtree Ridg Near ajesent [adjacent] to the formor one hatteras and tenn pounds Starling With Each of My Sons Joseph and thomas a young breading [breeding] Maire [mare]. Item I Give and bequeath to my Well beloved Daughter Sarah Oliver one young Maire two Cows and Calves one bead and furniture two dishes and three plates. further I Give and be Queath to my Well beloved Wife Phebe Oliver the yous [use] of all the Residen of My Movebel Estate for the bringing Up of My aforesaid Children dewring her Natural Life or Widdowhood and after that to be Eaqually devided between My two Sons Joseph Oliver Thomas Oliver and My Daughter Sarrah Oliver further I do Constitute and appoint My Well beloved father in Law Job Corr and My Well beloved Wife Phebe Oliver to be my Sole Executor and Exetris for this My Last Will and testament Ratifing and No Other to be allowed in witnis wher of I have hear unto Set My hand and Seale this forth day of febary In ye year of our Lor 1743/4.
