This day came before me Mashack Sawyer, Senr , and Robert Harris and made oath that William Rogers left this world on the fifth of the said instant and that it was his desire that his brother John Rogers and Joseph Best should settle all his affairs, and all his property both real and personaly should be sold and be equally divided amongst all of his lawful heris, and that they believed him to be in his sound senses and memory at the time he told them these words.
