COUNTY

CATHARINE BYRNS

        Vs.

JACOB IMLER, PETER WORKMAN and MARGARET WORKMAN, his wife;  MARK SCHOOLS and 
CHRISTINA SCHOOLS, his wife; FREDERICK BYERLY and BARBARA BYERLY, his wife; 
and JOSIAH FRISBY and ELIZABETH FRISBY, his wife.. 

Petition for Partition


It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, PETER 
WORKMAN and MARGARET WORKMAN, his wife;  MARK SCHOOLS and CHRISTINA SCHOOLS, 
his wife; FREDERICK BYERLY and BARBARA BYERLY, his wife; and JOSIAH FRISBY and 
ELIZABETH FRISBY, his wife,   reside  beyond the limits of  this State. It is 
therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive 
weeks in the Patriot, printed in Greensboro, that unless the said defendants 
be and appear at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the 
County of Davidson in the Court House at Lexington on the 2nd    Monday in 
May  next, then and there to plead, answer or object  to this issue, judgment 
will be taken pro confesso, and   heard ex parte .

Witness, C. F. LOWE, Clerk said Court at office on the 2nd  Monday in 
February, 1846.
