NANCY CARRAL

        Vs.

BENJAMIN CARRAL

Petition for Divorce

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, BENJAMIN 
CARRAL,  is   not a resident` of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, 
printed in Greensboro, that unless the said defendants be and appear at our 
next Superior Court of  Law to be held for the County of Davidson in the Court 
House at Lexington on the first Monday after the  fourth Monday  in  September 
next,then and there to plead answer or object  to this issue, otherwise the 
same will be taken pro confesso and set down for hearing ex parte.

Witness, A. HUNT, Clerk of our Court at Office on 1st Monday after the 4th  
Mon day of  March, 1847
