JAMES WISEMAN, Executor of JAMES ELLIS, deceased

        Vs.

ROBERT ELLIS and others 

   JAMES PARSONS and his wife, MARY ANN PARSONS, are hereby notified that in 
pursuance of an order of reference made in this cast at the house of JOHN P. 
MABRY, in the town of Lexington, on the 3rd Monday of December next, to take 
an account in said case, when and where they may be present if they choose.
