MARTHA FITZJIRALD 

        Vs.

LEWIS FITZJIRALD 

Petition for DIVORCE

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, LEWIS 
FITZJIRALD, 
Is  not a resident` of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be
 made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, printed in Greensboro, that 
unless the said defendants be and appear at our next Court of Equity to be 
held for the County of Davidson in the Court House at Lexington on the first 
Monday after the  fourth Monday  in March   next then and there to plead 
answer or object  to this issue, otherwise the same will be taken pro confesso 
and set down for hearing ex parte.

Witness ANDREW HUNT, Clerk of  our Court, at Office on the 1st Monday after 
the 4th Monday in September 1841.
