 DAVIDSON COUNTY

WILLIAM FRANK  ET AL

        Vs.

GEORGE FRANK, ANDREW FRANK, ADAM CONRAD and his wife, CATHARINE; FREDERICK 
ROSS and his wife, BARBARA; DAVID FRANK, JAMES FRANK, JOHN FRANK, SUSAN FRANK, 
MOLLY FRANK, BETSY FRANK, BARBARA FRANK, ANDREW GRIMES MATTHIAS SAPPENFIELD 
and his wife, CHRISTINA, PHILIP COONSE and his wife, REBECCA; and JOHN KESSLY 
and his wife, HANNAH

Petition for Sale of Lands

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that every of the said 
defendants, reside beyond the limits of  this State. It is therefore ordered 
by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, 
printed in Greensboro, that unless the said defendants be and appear at our 
next Superior Court of Equity to be held for the County of Davidson in the 
Court House at Lexington on the first  Monday after the fourth Monday  in 
September  next then and there to plead, answer or object  to this issue, 
judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte against them.

Witness, B. D. ROUNSAVILLE,  Deputy Clerk and Master in Equity on the first 
Monday after the fourth Monday in March 1830
