It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, ALEXANDER 
REA  , are not residents of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, printed in 
Greensboro, that unless the said defendants be and appear at our next Court of 
Equity to be held for the County of Davidson in the Court House at Lexington 
on the second  Monday   in February  next then and there to plead  and replevy 
to this issue, judgment  by default will be taken against him.
