JOHN HEDRICK; PHILIP HEDRICK; ANDREW HEDRICK; ADAM HEDRICK, MATHIAS WAGGONER 
and wife MOLLY WAGGONER; SOLOMON HEDRICK; MELINDA HEDRICK, GEORGE HEDRICK; 
WILLIAM HEDRICK; NANCY HEDRICK, and MAHALY HEDRICK

(No Defendants)

Petition to Partition Land

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that, PHILIP HEDRICK, ANDREW 
HEDRICK and ADAM HEDRICK, reside beyond the limits of  this State: it is 
therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive 
weeks in the Patriot, printed in Greensboro, that unless the said PHILIP 
HEDRICK, ANDREW HEDRICK and ADAM HEDRICK, be and appear at our next Court of 
Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Davidson in the Court 
House at Lexington on the 2nd  Monday  in February next, then and there to 
plead, answer or object  to this issue, judgment will be taken pro confesso, 
and   heard ex parte .

Witness,  C. F. LOWE, Clerk of said Court at office on the 2nd Monday in  
November A. D., 1845.
