STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA   COURT OF EQUITY       DAVIDSON COUNTY
Feb.  Term 1850

DAVID LOFTIN, Administrator of SAMUEL LAMBETH

        Vs.

AMOS LAMBETH ET AL

(Kind of suit not given)

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court  that the defendants, AARON 
LAMBETH, ALFRED LAMBETH, JOSEPH TADD and RACHEL TADD, HIS WIFE; JANES 
VANSTORY, THOMAS LAMBETH and BURRELL LAMBETH are not inhabitants of this 
State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six 
weeks  in The Patriot, a newspaper printed in Greensborough,   for the said 
defendants to be and appear at our next Court to be held for the County of 
Davidson in the Court House at Lexington on the 1st Monday after the 4th 
Monday in March next, then and there to plead answer or demur to this issue, 
or judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte as to him.
  Witness, ALFRED G. FOSTER , Clerk & Master of said Court at office in 
Lexington on  the 4th day of February, 1850
