PENRY, MARGARET MARCH, FRANKLIN HADEN, WILLIAM HADEN, JAMES HADEN, JAN MCRARY, 
JEFFERSON WILSON, SPRUCE WILSON 

        Vs.

BOONE WILSON, SR., ALFRED WILSON, JOHN WILSON, THOMAS SMITH and his wife, 
REBECCA SMITH; BOONE WILSON, JR. and WILLIAM ROBERTS and his wife, MALINDA 
ROBERTS

Petition for Sale of Land 


   It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court  that the defendants in this 
case are not inhabitants of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for six weeks  in The Patriot, a newspaper printed in 
Greensborough,   for the said defendants to be and appear at our next Court to 
be held for the County of Davidson in the Court House at Lexington on the 1st 
Monday after the 4th Monday in March next, then and there to plead answer or 
demur to this issue, or judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte 
as to them.
  Witness, PETER K. ROUNSAVILLE, Clerk & Master of said Court at office in 
Lexington on  the 9th of October 1848.
