GEORGE NATLING  ET AL

        Vs.

WESTLY SUTLIFF ET AL

Petition for Sale of Land

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, WESTLY 
SUTLIFF, JAMES SUTLIFF, ISAAC ALLY and his wife, SALLY, ROBERT CRAIG and his 
wife, NANCY, are not residents of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, 
printed in Greensboro, that unless the said defendants be and appear at our 
next Court of Equity to be held for the County of Davidson in the Court House 
at Lexington on the first  Monday after the fourth Monday  in March  next then 
and there to plead answer or object  to this issue, judgment will be taken pro 
confesso and a decree of sale made absolute.
