JERRY RUSH

  Vs.

REUBEN RUSH 

Petition for Sale of Land 


   It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court  that REUBEN RUSH , is not an 
inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for six weeks  in The Patriot, a newspaper printed in 
Greensborough,   for the said defendant to be and appear at our next Court to 
be held for the County of Davidson in the Court House at Lexington on the 1st 
Monday in the  4th Monday in September 1847, then and there to plead answer or 
demur to this issue, or judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte 
as to him.
  Witness, PETER K. ROUNSAVILLE, Clerk & Master of said Court at office in 
Lexington on August 14th, 1847.
