JOHN MOCK Original Attachment Levied on 42 Acres of Land It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, JOHN MOCK, resides beyond the limits of this State: it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, printed in Greensboro, that unless the said defendants be and appear at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Davidson in the Court House at Lexington on the 2nd Monday in February next, then and there to plead, answer or object to this issue, judgment will be taken pro confesso, and heard ex parte .
