Petition for Sale of Land

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, MATTHIAS 
WAGGONER, JOHN BAKER and his wife, SARAH; PETER MICHAEL and his wife, 
ELIZABETH; ADAM MOWRY and his wife, PEGGY; DANIEL BUCK, JACOB BUCK AND 
MATTHIAS BUCK, minors, ANDREW WAGGONER, GIDEON DUNHAM and ELIZABETH, his wife; 
THOMAS PAMLIN and his wife, SARAH; GEORGE SISELOVE and his wife, SUSANNAH, are 
not residents of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, printed in 
Greensboro, that unless the said defendants be and appear at our next Court of 
Equity to be held for the County of Davidson in the Court House at Lexington 
on the fourth Monday  in September  next then and there to plead answer or 
object  to this issue, judgment will be taken pro confesso and a decree of 
sale made absolute.
