STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA     COURT OF EQUITY    DAVIDSON COUNTY
April   Term 1832

JOHN WILSON, RICHARD OWEN and his wife, MARY; RICHARD WILSON, JR., WILLIAM 
OWEN and his wife, SARAH; LITTLETON WILSON and Infant under 21 years of age, 
by his next friend, RICHARD OWEN, his guardian

        Vs.


GEORGE WILSON, MICHAEL MYERS and his wife, ELIZABETH, and WILLIAM WILSON
Petition for real and personal Estate

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, GEORGE 
WILSON, MICHAEL MYERS and his wife, ELIZABETH, and WILLIAM WILSON
, are not residents of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be
 made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, printed in Greensboro, that 
unless the said defendants be and appear at our next Court of Equity to be 
held for the County of Davidson in the Court House at Lexington on the first 
Monday after the  fourth Monday  in September   next then and there to plead 
answer or object  to this issue, otherwise the same will be taken pro confesso 
and set down for hearing ex parte.
