1:130 WILLIAM GALLIMORE. 28 Nov 1829. Prob. Feb. 1830.
To my wife the use of the house & plantation & all property I now possess
during her lifetime, also my daughter ELIZABETH is to have the privilege of
making her living of the same place. Grandson ALEXANDER GALLEMORE one rifle
gun. Grandson JESSE GALLEMORE one rifle gun. Grandson WILLIAM ANDERSON
GALLEMORE $1.00. Granddaughter NANCY GALLEMORE $1.00. Granddaughter BETHANY
GALLEMORE $1.00. Daughter ANNA GALLEMORE the plantation where she now
lives,
beginning at a stone pile JAMES BRIGGS corner, then across Flat Swamp east
to
a white oak at the end of the cross fence - along the same north to a black
cherry tree - southeast to a black oak tree near WILLIAM BEAN’S house -
then
east to the high rock near the road, then east to SURRATT’S corner.
Daughter
ELIZABETH GALLEMORE is to have the plantation where I now live at the death
of
my wife. At the death of my wife the moveable property is to be equally
divided between my two daughters. Exec: Wife ELIZABETH & WILLIAM BEAN. Wit:
RICHARD BRIGGS & WILLIAM A. GALLEMORE.
