In the name of God Amen. I OWEN GALLIMORE of the County of Davidson and State of North Carolina being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertanty of my existence and the certenty of death do make this my last will and testament revoking all other wills and testaments in manner and form as follows. First my exeuter here in after named to pay all my just debts out of my estate and provide a suitable bureal for my body. Second I will and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth the tract of land whee on I now live including all the building and improvements as well Eighty five acres on the west side of said tract together with all my stock excepting such as I give go my children out of such stock to have and to hold during her natural life or as long as she remains my widow and after her death or marriage the said estate to be devided equally between my children (namely) Joel Clark Martha Maranda Cynthia Casanda. Third I will and bequeath to my son Joel Clark a tract of land known as the Cody (Coely?) tract containing eighty one acres adjoning the land of Tesse (or Gusse??) Kindly the home tract and others One sorrel horse, the hogs which he now claims three sheep One saddle and bridle one desk & ________? one bed. Fourth I will and bequeath to my Daughter Martha Maranda a certain peace of land adjoning the lands of Henderson Fine being a part of the home tract. One cow and calf or the value of the same, three sheep one bed and furniture. Fifth. Cyntha Casan I will and bequeath a certain piece of land adjoing George Headrett?? it being a part of the home tract, One cow and calf or the value of, three sheep, one bed and furniture. Lastly I appoint my trusty Brother and friend my executor Jesse Gallimore to execute this my last will and testament to all intent and purpose in testamony where of I have unto set my hand and seal this twenty first day of October 1864.
