Davie County, North Carolina...............August 4, 1924

I, R. B. Booe of the aforesaid County and State, being of sound mind and
memory but considering the uncertainty of my earthly existence do make
and declare this my last will and testament.

1. My executrix hereinafter named shall give my body a decent burial suitable
to the wishes of my friends and relatives and pay all funeral expenses,
together with my just debts out of the first money which may come into
her hands as part of and belonging to my estate.

2. I give and devise to my beloved wife Alpha Booe all of my property real
personal and mixed of whatsoever kind and wheresoever found to be hers
and to have and to hold to her and her heirs in fee simple forever.

3. I do hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife Alpha Booe my lawful
executrix (without bond) to all intents and purposes to execute this my
last will and testament according to the true intent and meaning of the same 
and every part and clause thereof hereby revoking and declaring utterly void 
all other wills and testaments by me heretofore made.

In witness whereof I the said R. B. Booe do hereto set my hand and seal,
this 4th day of August 1924.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the said R. B. Booe to be his
last will and testament in the presence of us, who at his request and in
his presence and in the presence of each other do subscribe our names as 
witness thereto.
