Booe, Do make this as my last will to my wife Cora M. Booe that she may have all of my property both real and personal to own and control in any way that she wants at my death. This will be found when I am dead and gone from this world. D. M. Booe - signed and sealed This Sept. 23, 1907 A paper writing without subscribing witnesses and which is hereto attached and dated September 23, 1907 supposing to be the Last Will and Testament of D. M. Booe deceased is exhibited for probate in open court by Cora M. Booe, the devisee and legatee therein named and it is thereupon proved by the Oath of and examination of Cora M. Booe, H. H. Blackwelder, A. L. Chaffin and John A. Blackwelder; that the said will was found among the valuable papers and effects of the said D. M. Booe after his death and it is further found by the Oath and examination of three competent and creditable witnesses, to wit: H. H. Blackwelder, A. L. Chaffin and John A. Blackwelder that they are aquatinted with the handwriting of the said D. M. Booe, having often seen him write and verily believe that the name of said D. M. Booe subscribed to said will and the said will itself and every part thereof is in the handwriting of the said D. M. Booe and it is proved by the witnesses of the last three mentioned that the said handwriting is generally known to the acquaintances of the said D. M. Booe and to said witnesses. It is therefore considered by the court that the said paper writing is the Last Will and Testament of the said D. M. Booe and the same is ordered to be recorded and filed this 15th Oct 1907. Cora M.
