Know by these presents that Lemuel G. Lasitter and Joseph J. Hooker are held
and firmly bound unto the said state in sum of $1600. to the payment both
are ____ ____ our heirs executors and administrators, jointly and severally,
firmly by these presents signed with our hand and sealed with our seal this
16th day Nov. AD 1858.

The condition of the above obligation is such that both are of the same
condition, Lemuel G. Lasitter has this day received of William Dixon and of
the Executor of Bryant H. Sanders, deceased, the sum of $800. being the sum
left Treacy Lasitter by will of said deceased and the same this day paid
over by William Dixon Admr. of the said deceased have therefore if any debt
or debts truly owing by the said deceased shall hearafter _____ for or
otherwise made_____or and that said L.G. Lasitter shall and will truly
refund and pay his (?estate?) part of such debt or debts then in that case
the above obligation is to be null and void and otherwise remain in full
force and effect.
