Dobbs County, NC - Court Records File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by Grace Williamson Turner Retyped and posted by Annette Roebuck Secretary of State Papers Court Records S S 312 North Carolina The Deposition of Priscilla Allen of Dobbs County Widow being of full Age & duly Sworn on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God. This Deponent deposeth & sayth, That her late husband Andrew Allen of Dobbs County departed this Life on Saturday the thirteenth instant, after having made & executed his last Will & Testament in writing & thereof made & appointed Jacob Vanfelt & Gilbert Kerr of the said County Executors of this Deposent Executives; that in about an hour after the decease of the said Andrew, William McTyer & Col.
