     Dobbs County       }    Personally appeared before William Speight,
Etheldred Ruffin and __ ham Sheppard Esquire justices assigned to keep
__ ce in the County aforesaid The within named ___ Barfield to whom the
within Deposition ___ read and acknowledged by the said Pearce ___ and 
Contain the truth, in addition to which ___ deponant declares on Oath
that she verily ___ of the said Micajah Barrow had not __ illed the
within named Reddick Barfield for the _aid Reddick would have killed the
said Barrow _nd further saith that at the time her father Barfield fell 
he begged
