Dobbs County, NC - Barnaby Fuller v. William Williamson, 1768

   At a Superior Court of Justice begun and held at NewBern for the 
   District of NewBern on Wednesday the Eleventh day of May in the 
   Eighth Year of the Reign of our Sovergn Lord George the Third by 
   the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King defender 
   of the Faith & Before the Honourable Martin Howard Esq'r Chief 
   Justice of the said Province & Maurice Moore & Richard Henderson 
   Esquires his Associate Justices of the said Court

The jurors for our Sovereign Lord the King on their oath present and
say that Barnaby Fuller late of Saint Patricks Parish in Dobbs County
Planter on the seventeenth day of December in the eighth year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third by the Grace of God of
Great Britain France & Ireland King & so forth with force and arms
at the Parish afs'd in the County afs'd Three Pints of Brandy of the
value of Six pence Sterling Money of Great Britain of the property
of William Williamson in the Smoak House of him the said William
Williamson then & there being found did steal take & carry away
against the Peace of our said Lord the King his Crown & Dignity
